Tennis court usage is for 1½ hours of play for either singles or doubles. If there is no one waiting, play may be extended.

​

• The use of the pickleball and tennis courts is at your own risk.

• All guests may play pickleball and tennis. They must be accompanied and play with a resident during private play.

• Please be polite and courteous at all times.

• Please clean up after using the courts.

• If the lights are being used, please turn them off when play is finished.

• These guidelines will be monitored and adjusted as needed.
